Great build, wish I could find damage amplification upon wizardry. Is it random or is there a specific item I should farm?

Thanks! The damage amplification jewels are randomly embedded in weapons that drop 😢. However, the instigator of evil set does have this guaranteed effect with 4 pieces if I recall correctly.
