As a former New Yorker I love seafood - however, it should always be topped with lemon juice, tarter sauce, and/or Italian salad dressing. May I recommend that you employ these flavor enhancers on your next food venture ? I also like butter on my cornbread and greens. In these inflationary times, those prices look very good. I believe you were served a very filling and tasty meal for what are decent prices nowadays. Being a Giants fan, I always hated how your Eagles always kicked our butts on the gridiron. Perhaps when you get to reach the level of dotage I've gotten to, you'll change. 😁 Kudos to the Eagles for their win over the Commanders.

I love swai. I watched videos on how they farm raise it. Didn’t phase me one bit. In my opinion it’s the best fish to fry. I love it on wheat bread with tartar sauce and fresh squeezed lemon juice. After that i can have the catfish same way. Also swai is a catfish. I’m not a fan of fried salmon. Love mine steamed or baked.
