Agreed this was the best Halloween event ever caught like 17-20 event shinies and I hatched a shiny rowlet - definitely the most prized hat shiny in my possession, best h'ween costume ever and I had similar IVs as you but don't plan on lucky trading it for the catch details. Also gonna wait til December to learn Frenzy plant! Cheers

My Halloween event count between part 1 and part 2 3 shinys a shiny Purrloin my 1st 1, 1 shiny Zubat my 2nd 1,and finally 1 shiny Halloween Piplup that was a return from the Year I started playing because I started in 2021 so that was a special shiny for me and I do have the other costumed pokemon including Pichu with the witch hat from a 7km egg in a batch of 3 from the Halloween event that I finally hatched today and enough mega Banette energy to mega evolve a Banette so despite it all I had a good Halloween event
