बिग बझार बंद होने का सबसे बड़ी वजह D मार्ट है क्यों की ग्रोसरी बिग बाजार से सस्ता D मार्ट में मिलते थी और बाकी आयटम कपड़े से लेकर हर घरेलू सामान D मार्ट में बिग बाजार से बहुत सस्ता मिल रहा था और बाद में टाटा और रिलायंस भी रिटेल बाजार में कुद पड़े उसका भी परिणाम बिग बाजार पर पड़ गया हमारे शहर में 3 साल के अंदर बिग बाजार बंद हो गई D मार्ट चालू होने के बाद

Yesterday I visited big bazaar store, found spaces replaced by reliance smart products. I felt some sort of uncomfortable as reliance is taking over everything. I am not against reliance company but it is not a good sign for indian economy. Money should flow through every one. Only one giant company cannot cannot improve country's economy. When I saw an enormous amount of plastic products, plastic wrappers, worried about waste managememt. It is high time for everyone to think about minimalistic approach. Use durable handicraft bags to carry goods, use naturally made products to encourage artisans. Each one of us should learn to value goods.

Very true...reliance is capturing the market and eliminating competition the way it did in Jio...this is neither good for economy nor for customer nor for the employee...market is becoming monopolistic very rapidly.

There are more than 100 foreign brands in India.You should fear them and not the Indian brands. Cold drinks companies like Pepsi are making millions of money from India and that too by using India's water.That is threatening .

Finally it will lead to Monopoly. Reliance has taken up Brand Factory also. I don't what he will do with so much of business extension....... ultimately everything will b left behind n one has to leave for "heavenly abode"

Reliance is smart capitalist group. They have varied businesses be it in education hospital retail energy fuels clothing textiles food telecommunications etc. It means that you cannot bypass them in any sector. They employ people in these sectors pay them salaries and in turn take it back from them through these businesses and at the same time growing them at phenomenal rate. Just imagine this is how Ambani has become big tycoon.

इतना दिमाग लगाया पर बिज़नेस तो बैठना ही था। बस कैश काउंटर की लाइन खत्म करवा लेते तो ग्राहक जुड़े रहते। लेडीज और बुजुर्गों के आराम से बैठने की जगह दिये होते तो ग्राहक ज्यादा समय देते मॉल में।

Big Bazaar, Central, EasyDay were all good places to visit. 2007 to 2017 i guess had been a good decade for them. Each point explained seems exactly right.

I am proud to mention that, I had my own small grocery shop in 1998, in which I used to sell only Indian item, called Swadeshi Vastu Bhandar in which I have arranged the racks specifically to form a U shape so that customer can see and feel all the products and also doesn’t get bored. I haven’t seen any shop anywhere before that. It was my visualisation and own idea to design a shop like that. I ran that shop for 2 yrs successfully. But later due to some personal issues, I had to shut it. Anyway.

I was a customer service executive in pantaloon in year 2005-2007 I was in college. Pantaloon was the first to introduce “No questions ask exchange” policy. Exchanging your product or returning and asking for refunding was a biggest hindrance for a customer back in the days. Even giants like shoppers lifestyle have a very strict policies when you want to exchange a product.

Before 10 years I worked in big bazar as sales man that time I was a student and doing part time job from Maybelne company in big bazar and what I saw is staff of big bazar stole grocery and other thing and with the help of guard they stole product from the store. And that time i heard with someone that one person has been stolen product of Rs 5,00,000. It means you can calculate how many staff could involve in that type of activity. So this is also one of the reason of shut down this company.

Reason of faliure 1.very very high paid management team from top to bottom management 2.mostly close people are getting top positions either in head office or in store team 3.stocks are saleing in high mrp than online shopping 4.lots of conditions on gift vouchers which are harrasment for customers during repeat purchase. 5.expansion of business against capacity. 6. Very high operating cost. Overall future group is a best example of oiling & buttering. Future group did business in entire India but promotor only took own community people in management team .

Big Bazaar is no doubt a wonderful shopping centre. This is a very shocking news that Reliance is capturing Big Bazaar.For future economy of India this is not good at all that only one brand will be there in our country .This will become monopoly . These industrialists first give benefits to people and later they start putting pressure on the public .in one or the other way .. .

First impression is last impressions. They started "Raste ka mal sasteme" in their Air condition stores,ignoring the quality of product.It is not easy to fool the customers .Customers boycotted such products.

I would say the failure is due to Biyani employing all his relatives in key positions, it did not matter whether they were capable or not. In one instance, a store manager of a store in MP was his personal servants' son. Those of you who have worked in Big Bazzar would know the insane amount of politics and multiple power centers and lobby groups within the Future group.

At Delhi when KB fair price and KB CY was giving profits before taken over by Easyday. That was the time the easy day doing the huge loss at the same time Easyday politics made big role of sacking maximum employees of Kbcy and KB fair price . The main reason is kbcy and kb fair price employees salary well justified and easyday employees salary is as same as wall mart salary because of that Easyday was doing the loss plus no control over dc (infrastructure) whistleblower got punished by Easyday management . They removed almost all of the employees of Kbfair price.

Reason is Corona in last 2 yrs. COVID lockdown me maal nahi bika. Loan ka kist dena pera. Jitne store the sabka rent dena para. Salary dena para. Isi me Big Bazar dub gaya . Pahle se bhi financial problems tha. Ye sab le ke big bazaar dub gaya. Mera bhi 500 ka voucher dub gaya

Big baazar ka retail hmaare Varanasi me Sigra aur Ordely baazar me tha, Big baazar se hmaare yhaa 5 phone, 1 laptop, 1 LED tv aaya tha, lekin ab to wo big baazar ekdam khaali ho gya h. but isme ki shopping mujhe hmesha yaad aata h.

बिग बाजार इसलिए डूबा क्योंकि एक तो cost इतना ज्यादा रहता था और प्रोडक्ट्स की क्वालिटी एक दम घटिया रहती थी ,मेरे यहां भी बिग बाजार है मैं 4 बार गया लेकिन कभी कुछ नहीं लिया cost ज्यादा प्रोडक्ट्स की क्वालिटी एक दम घटिया ,मेरे परिचित के भी जितने है कोई नही जाता बिग बाजार में

Reliance apni monopoly kar raha hai india par. Reliance apne employees ko achi growth nahi deta. Waha employee ki salary joining ke time se leaving ke time tak ki growth is very very poor. This is not good sign for all of us.

Jab public ki income achchi hogi tabhi yeh sab market progress karegi. Jaha par log contractual service karenge 10000-15000 ki to unki purchasing power kaha se aayegi. Mall , Mega Mart sab you show piece babe rahenge.
