The genie is amazing, don't used it for it's attack/health stats though, it increases your draw by one per reroll per level of the tower. It saves a lot of rerolls which is important because inferno is limited on rerolls. Tower of wishes is a weak tower and should be replaced once your scaling starts rolling.
