This is a very informative video. Most of the Rush and Extend skills are useful for open world farming. The monster explosion works well with volatility shard or even void spark especially if you cannot kill the mobs with just one pass. This is also aided by the Rush skills so you can travel faster. Is saw some Tempests utilize the Rush skill that extend the Dash in PVP.

I don't think these new legendary runes are good enough to replace the previous legendary runes. The helmet/shoulder, main hand and off hand runes from the previous set are too good to give up with these new ones.
