The pink house with virtually no seawall seems risky. Was all of the construction equipment by the houses in 2020 strictly for the seawall breaches or for another project?

May be, both of tide hight are different. The second, 2020 was in wave condition. 2022 is in calm condition

Pink candy box house now in 2022 picture has sand in front of its white painted lake water wall. This is not at the sea, it is near the Great Lakes, NOT Long Beach California.
