What a majestical property ! I love everything about it. The exterior, interior and this breathtakingly beautiful backyard. The landscaping is done so well with the curves around the grass. Amazing. Ideal for a vacation with four couples or a family gathering. Levi I think this is one of the most stunning Airbnb's you have shown us.

Oh, my goodness, what a wonderful backyard, and like you, I think this is one of the largest backyard pools I have evern seen. I love how the hottub fountains over into the pool. The covered patio is awsome, love the TV outside under the patio, which keeps the TV from damage (when it does rain), and makes it easter to watch - not being in the direct sunlight). The upstairs bedrooms are so cozy, and the windows, nice and big. The pool lounges are nice, especially under an umbrella.

Levi, great song choices!! To concur with several others as well as yourself, this house is STUNNING! The backyard is fabulous & to answer your question I would be reading or napping on that lounge chair under the 🌳 I love that the yard has space & doesn’t look or give off the feel of being scrunched in, there’s space for several people to do whatever they want all at the same time 💚💚 this was a definite save!

You should really consider pre-writing a script to read when talking through the tours. The footage is amazing, but I cant help but feel that either you lose your trend of thought when speaking or you aren't exactly sure of what to say; and the effect of that is that the video's elements (i.e. the footage and the voice-over) seem mismatched. Pre-writing a script may also help you advertise the location a bit better as you'll be able to plan out the most compelling but succinct way to promote the Air bnb location and its amenities.

Great looking AirBnB! Would be awesome to use as a family getaway. However if you're looking just for yourself and another person - The price to stay is $740 A NIGHT! Super expensive! Constructive feedback for Levi - Take your time when describing the home! I feel it sounds a little rushed sometimes with using the same words to describe rooms and often repeating the words you just said. A relaxed script might be helpful.
