I really love the intentional vibes he created for each space!! I was hysterical when he was showing off the record player/cassette tape/CD player... the 1900s!!! 😂😂 I was saying that these newer generations will never know the struggle of the pencil or pen in the holes to wind up the tape of it came out... so many things from our generation...VHS tapes, too!! He did an amazing job with his tiny airbnb's!! I love almost the live plants as well, bringing the outdoors in, and it gives that cozy home vibe!!

Omg, I remember him! I live in the Bay Area, and if I remember correctly, I saw him on the news. He was talking about his tiny home, how he AirBnb’s it out and how this was his main income now. I’ve loved tiny homes for a while, and I remember telling my husband about “the guy on the news who AirBnB’s a tiny home out of his backyard, and pays his mortgage with the money he makes.” (That’s pretty freaking impressive, because we live in a very expensive area) l. I didn’t realize he has 2 tiny homes, and a converted garage! SO cool, and smart. Also, each one was so unique, and different. Awesome video!

My first thought is that I'd call you an entrepreneur who has interior design skills! You're very artistic within your homes! Since you mentioned that you loved the tiny home on wheels and could live in it, I wondered if you could maximize your profit by living in that tiny house. You could jazz up your 800+ square ft home, as you have the others, and then rent it out for an even higher price. Last, I agree that some landscaping would finish the aesthetic, when/if you have the extra cash flow. Great video! Awesome man with an awesome laugh!

Ansel is an artist. I instantly picked up on his appreciation for music, especially Hip Hop, the natural spa feel in the garage space bringing the outside in etc… Looking at his aesthetic in all of the spaces that he allowed to be filmed, I could see some dope videos being shot there. It’s definitely a nice spot for photo shoots as he shared. For him not to be a contractor, he really took a very thoughtful approach to design & construction that maximized use of space, addressed potential areas where his floors & wall art could be damaged by moisture & humidity & allowed sunlight to illuminate the spaces as needed, which of course should reduce his utility bill. He invested in himself, his property & created revenue for himself. I really love the way he thinks. He’s intelligent, motivated & very creative. I want to see more Ansel spaces. I think he’s only tapped the surface of what he’s capable of & the skills that he has acquired could easily be taught to the youth & encourage their entrepreneurial spirit & also other home owners looking to upgrade their property & create extra income.
