I'd say I'm still new at ow played long ago with my friends but we no longer play together (we play on other games of course). Never played ow1 so it was rough but these videos has helped me progress and learn. So far mercy is the only hero I can play and even buying a lot of skins for her. Am trying Moira and kiriko if need to Started comp to get the jade weapon for her and oh boy...it's rough...I'd say ain't as bad as qp cause I dont get spawned camped but stuck going from silver 5 to gold 1. Had a game where kept getting attacked by a flanking reaper(people ignored him but our zen) so I switched to kiriko. Next round stuck on the bridge and tank complains to dps saying there's a soldier on high ground then the dps complained he'd do something but he ain't getting heal. While there is a venture on top focusing me hard(previous reaper) ended with 11k heals but if they kept an eye on supports we could've won.

There is a video explaining a bug where if you GA and crouch at the exact same time when wanting to do a super jump then it removes the extra cooldown penalty of doing a super jump. It is very hard to do and i am only able to do it 30% of the time but i am sure a better mercy player like you can figure out how to do this tech consistently.

How do you reach grandmaster, im a mercy main and I’m stuck gold because my dps is always some BS like 5 - 15. I heal them/damage boost and they still don’t get a kill. Happened last game with a soldier and he couldn’t get a single kill while I was damage boosting. and I find me doing all the healing myself every game. I never get good teamates

Mercy is the easiest character to get value from, if you can't do that and blame your team, you are probably the person that keeps them down.

Carrying on support is mostly through damage, which is why kiriko and bap are such strong solo que supports to play as, as you can fill for your dps. Although Mercy has no good damage source besides her little water gun, Damage boost is mercys way of providing an alternate way to carry, this is why eleyzhau has nearly 60% blue beam

Why did I finish season in diamond/plat before but new season start saying I finished in gold 1. In these ranking vast majority of games just not worth to play mercy at all. There is simply no dmg to boost…😢 not to mention the ridiculous amount of time where match making give you 1-2 players who never played the role before. I don’t understand how this works. You never played the ranks wouldn’t the ranking games be bronze?

there is always the damage to boost, even in low bronze just boost every possible ultimate, spam or skill or go battle mercy if you are high than gold - you have the advantage to kill poor gold players if you were plat diamond just before
