OK HERE'S A TIP: For people asking about why I signed on the cellophane. Usually signed decks are for collecting so I know a majority of people won't be opening the deck. For those who want to open the decks and use the cards but still keep the signature this is very simple - open just the top part using the tear strip OR an exact knife. Remove the cards but don't take off the cellophane. Then take ANOTHER cellophane wrap from another deck (opened in the same way) and place it over top upside down on the deck to protect it. Boom.

Alex Pandrea. Maybe, after you get the name, you could put the card six down for DEBBIE in this case. Do a cut, riffle force, then deal out six cards to her card.

I think that most people leave the cellophane on the deck as a small deck protection. Also, now you can choose if you want it visible or not.

This is powerful! I was playing around with it and after I put “their card” on the table I did a little half pass move to put the 4H on the bottom of the deck upside down so that I could read it in the cop without flipping the deck. Easy enough to put it back on top while they are sitting there being amazed that I got the name. Just my two cents. I love this it lands hard.

Tips for the performance: don't use the doublelift, use a top change instead. Not only can you hand out the card but it's also safer & cleaner. @Alex Pandrea what story do you tell when you perform this trick?

You can also use some double back card te avoid having to get rid of the card that it isn't theirs after you perform the double lift to show it's their card.

As a starting "magician" i have a couple questions.. with the hundreds of videos and tutorials out there . What would you consider the foundation to learn first ? What are the moves one would learn before getting into the more difficult stuff ? I've been working on my pinky count (not sure if it's easier on a new deck or used ... I kinda went crazy and have over 30 decks so I have both) working on top palm .. but pass that I'm overwhelmed with the amount of passes or controls . Thanks

Alex I have an important question. So I have been doing magic for 2 years and I try to be creative and come up with my own tricks and presentations but it's hard. Is it ok that I emulate magicians I look up to like u and chris? Because I really like ur guys style and presentation, it's very similar to mine but I feel bad for kids copying you guys. Like that one idea of the mismade bill I have. I LOVE that but I feel like if I do it I'm not being me. So is it ok to emulate people I look up to or should I just try to be original?
