INSANE NASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN SANDWICH CHALLENGE | “Houston Slammer” Spicy Chicken Sandwich Challenge

SO MANY CHICKEN SANDWICHES! Today we take on a massive Nashville hot chicken sandwich challenge. With 18 spicy chicken sandwiches, the houston, hot chicken, slammer challenge, is the biggest Nashville hot chicken sandwich challenge by quantity I have ever seen! We had a one sitting time limit in order to get the sandwiches for free otherwise will be Peg for the $100 meal! We are at chicken headz in Texas  for this spicy food challenge, but it’s also huge fried chicken challenge! The fried chicken is coded in a spicy oil, dredge, and then a pepper shake of your choice! The sauce is included a raising canes style sauce, and also a Chick-fil-A style sauce, along with coleslaw and pickles on a Hawaiian roll . We went with the Houston hot, some of the regular fried chicken sandwiches, but also a honey fried chicken sandwich for a sweet and spicy experience! Can we complete this massive man versus food food challenge? Or will this record food challenge remain undefeated?

Honestly the only thing I miss about Nashville. But the secret is, you dip the chicken in flour, egg, flour, water then fry. That's the secret to that batter texture. I make this about once a month but not spicy for anyone but my husband lol. This looked so good Joel. Oh and brine the chicken for a night before cooking. Any protein is significantly better if you brine it for 12-24 hours before cooking.

Nashville spicy hot chicken is underrated on heat level. I can deal with some spicy chicken but I struggle with Nashville hot. It’s VERY spicy with also a sweet component to it which somehow makes it seem even spicier. The fact that you ate 18 of these sandwiches is just ridiculous. Nice job once again!
