Don't just expect to get a good staff. Go upgrade a white staff with a + 2 element of your choosing to magic and rare. add modifiers. Make sure you are disenchanting ,especial yellows that you don't really need to get the shards to upgrade your gear.

Thanks for helping me think outside of the box as far as making a good early level build in PoE 2. Now the idea only works for using spells instead of weapon based builds. Unless I use weapon swap. Like using mercenary skills for a warrior on weapon swap. This would mean that I would need a higher dex to get through the game than just straight warrior only skills. but it might be worth it in the long run. I have tried Arctic Armor there are two support gems, forgot the names. One buffs mana regen the other actually will give you a little life regen.

You don’t actually need the necromancer skills just the spark and orb of storms, flame wall with mana remnants works just fine in act 2 as well as in act 3 fyi I understand why he uses them but just for anyone who wasn’t listening if you got good gear unlike he did in the video then you don’t need the minion and bone cage skills

That is actually nice. But what about the passive nodes? Which nodes early in the game really helps? Is it a mix of lightning damage and energy shield and shield regeneration or mana regeneration?

Thanks mate. I'm leveling my titan as Mage for some easy time at the start :) Been focusing a lot in fire, lighting and cold as it is closer to me, but now I might be able to respec into elemental and get the same benefits using 3 times less points :)

How you ger the sjeleton wariors ? Can you use 2 wepons if so how on ps5?

Hi. I just use a wand in my main hand and a Rattling Sceptre in my offhand. The scepter gives you the skeleton warriors. I am new but I also notice you can use a focus next to the scepter for extra stats/ energy shield etc. Hope this helps

dont get how people can use so many skills, cast speed is rather slow so it means you will just miss out alot of dps. not very into the multiple skill thing yet.

This whole game revolves around combos to do damage, sure you can use “casts on ___” but thats usually a little later in the game .

@@Daventry85 im doing pure lightning bolt + orbs. but its a bit boring as its almost single target (the LB) is Chain lightning something? i think the skill is pretty slow, spark havent tried yet.

I'm also not a big fan of use so much skills, my build is just spark, flamewall and light/flame orb. I'm really miss some other support skills for this game, as an shield or any buff that could cause dmg or life suport...

grinding gears really needs to allow the player to use multiple of the same support gem.

It's bred into the system, so low chance of that happening. Looking forward, however, we can expect many (many) new support gems as seasons are introduced. So, it just feels narrow for the moment.
