Here is THE ONE that I promised!! 🤩 Liszt sonata is definitely one of the most difficult pieces in piano history. Not only technically but also emotionally challenging. It’s challenging not only for the pianist but also for the listener. I hope you can survive until the end of the piece! 🤣 Thanks again for your support and, I will play complete "Grandes études de Paganini" when we reach 10K!!! 🙏🙏

While of course, you see a lot of these kind of channels featuring genuinly talented pianists, with big and large pieces at massive milestones like 1million, you don't normally just see an out of the blue Liszt Sonata just floating around like this. It was a very enjoyable interpretation, and I applaud Traum on putting something like this out, shows character and that he genuinely just enjoys the art. Good job and congrats on 1k :)

This Liszt' s sonata is magical and really beautiful, and you also performed it really well. Is beautiful how Liszt transformed the thems for example: 1:01/1:32-5:34 or 1:01/1:32 to 6:25. 14:01,14:35 those passages are so dramatically beautiful 3:16 to 3:24 is so "magic" how Liszt arrive at this marvellous theme.

I have been obsessed with this sonata for a year now. This sonata defined this year's lockdown; it plays in my head all the time. I've listened to over a hundred interpretations of this sonata. It's insanely good and totally addicting once a listener gets it. It's challenging for a listener. The marcato passages, the fugue and lyrical passages are my favorites. It has a freshness to it that I haven't experienced with any other sonata. It just stays so FRESH. I think its complexity and uniqueness keep me returning to it. Clara Schumann said it was blind noise; no, she was either too judgmental or Brahms deliberately played it poorly for her. This sonata is Liszt's grandest work. He called it La Grande Sonate before changing the title. The second ballade should be your next target. It's just as good and satisfying as the sonata.

This channel needs so much more fame, not only do you upload every single day, you're incredibly talented and unique! Great performance aswell, the piece is really difficult, I enjoyed every second of it.:) I would say so much more but I'm quite bad at words and I'm not English either, but please keep doing what you do and I hope that you blow up someday, you'd definitely deserve it

Liszt dedicated this sonata to Robert Schumann, and its themes sound very Schumann-esque. Clara Schumann hated it and called it noise. The first time I heard it, I thought it was weird. The second time I heard it, I thought it was intriguing. The third time I heard it, I thought it was interesting. The fourth time I heard it, I thought it was brilliant. The fifth time I heard it, I thought it was inspired. The sixth time I heard it, I thought it was genius.

My favourite Liszt piece !!! Thank you for uploading this, I've been asking so often that Rousseau, Kassia ect. could play this sonata... I don't need a Rousseau video of this sonata, because your performance is absolute epic ! It's one of the best performances of this Sonata I've ever heard, and I've heard this Sonata many, many times...=)

Came here for Martha Agerich, who, as far as I'm concerned, is the first and last word on this sonata. But this was very enjoyable and I watched to the end. It's a mesmerising work, isn't it? You either feel it, or you don't. And pity you if you don't.

I wish you millions of subscribers, no visualizing pianist deserves it more than you. His thrilling performance of Liszt Sonata sent a shiver down my spine. His channel definitely deserves more recognition.
