To save your nerves some wear and tear; the only textured foils that are available are the three Eldrazi titans and two planeswalkers. Congrats on that Wrenn and Six!

I went up $100 on the one collector box I bought. Pulled the same Wrenn and Six as you did, as well as a borderless Imperial Seal and foil copies of Emiel, Force of Negation, Consecrated Sphinx. Got borderless Damnation, Thousand-Year Storm and a foil borderless Vedalken Orrery

18 Draft packs opened,6 mythics->Emrakul,Ulamog,Wrenn and six,Bitterblossom and the big bad Nicol Bolas.Lots of good borderless cards and other usefull cards.I think i got a pretty good box. 6 packs left that i save for a sealed game in our playgroup.

this video tempted me to grab a box. my first ever collector box ever so i wasn't expecting much. opened the first pack, i got a foil borderless infinite gyre. by the end of the opening, i got a foil borderless teferi's protection, a borderless imperial seal, and a borderless butcher of truth and other rares i needed for my decks. needless to say, i ended up ordering another box 😅

I’ve opened 1 draft pack so far and got an etched food chain. Pretty lucky! I have an entire box to go, but the wife and I are opening them slowly as part of our limited commander play. Still, food chain!

How'd you get an Etched Foil from a Draft Pack? They're exclusive to the Collectors Booster for this set.

I think only the new textured foil was collector box exclusive? Because it is definitely etched. I’ll have to look it up I guess.

Tried looking it up. And it doesn’t actually say on the product page. However I put the food chain side by side with the other foil I got in the pack and it’s certainly etched. I guess we will see as I open more packs from the box.

@@royceflores23 I know that Draft Boosters are printed in Japan and Japanese foils have a duller, more frosted look than the US printed version... but if it is etched then you've hit a rare jackpot. 👍

Actually upon closer inspection, you were right. It is just a really cloudy bad foil. Hahah! Bummer, still lucky though as I have a few decks that would want this card. Seriously, when your foil is so bad that it looks etched…

okay, so every box opening ive watched the packs consist of 5 foil commons, followed by 2 foil uncommons, followed by 2 non foil common or uncommon extended art, followed by 2 foil extended art commons or uncommons, followed by 1 foil rare, 1 non foil extended rare 1 foil etched rare, and 1 extended foil rare....the second pack of this video started with 7 foil uncommons...just seems weird... did anyone else catch that, and maybe know why?

I wanted to comment on that but checked the comments and see you already noticed this 7 uncommons 2nd pack. It is Wizards, these mistakes they do I sometimes think they do it on purpose. 😅

Would you recommend buying one? im financially im not just looking for a couple cards i could use them all i prob wont sell them til way later im thinking of buying one or a draft box would you recommend?

Not really. You could buy a bunch of singles from the set for the price of a box! It seems like the collector boxes have more value than the draft boxes, but you could pull a bunch of low-value cards from both.

When you look at the card from the top and say it's foil etched, what are you looking at?

Foil-etched cards have a shiny coating over the surface which looks like fine powder. Regular foils don't have this and are prone to curling. It's sometimes hard to tell without tilting the card at an angle.

I don't understand the whole pack shuffle at the beginning. The track printing process used in manufacturing is already going to "de clump" the packs. Shuffling them only introduces the thing you are trying to avoid, as evidenced by back to back Liliana planeswalkers.
