used orb for full of 3 months, now switched to beacon, i prefer being active with my vg, and seeing how essence rupture helps tanks stamina and keep melee dps full health looks better than another 10% fortify. the key is to have a melee dps to run secondary vg for oblivion and scream, healing is much easier, tank is much much easier and wards is not that important since the heal is active and sacred+oblivion+essence will keep the stamina full.

I see so many healers use 300 focus and it's completely useless lol. Me and a couple other healer friends heal M10 dungeons all day long and you don't need anything more than 250. At 300 focus all you get is mana return at such a low rate that you don't even notice it AND you still have to use potions to get your mana back. The best thing you can do is put 250 focus, 50 intelligence to get a bit more crit from your void gauntlet to help with overall damage for the group and put the rest into constitution , preferably 200 con to have the most survivability you can. Also the amount of outputting healing you'll notice at 300 is not even noticeable so save yourself the points.

if you don't know, you can replace the Amber gem in Keeper's Pendant to a different gem for better resistance

Good video. I started with this build. The lights embrace with refreshing evasion is to powerful to pass up. I can pop it every 2 seconds. I will be trying this for wars since by the time lights goes off people are dead most of the time with that the damage throttling

Mnn does the same amount of heal but I'm running medium want to try light but dosent change how much heal u do? Bugged? Cause I do like 1.3k+ from sacred ground 2.1k beacon+ sacred ground

I experimented with a medium build on my healer, not even close to the healing from light. I had 300 focus on light and 426 on medium, and light still out healed. With no more buffs on medium build, it's no longer worth it. I noticed you didn't even help with oblivion in that fight. I would roll in, put that down, roll back out to add to their dmg, so you can beat her faster. You should also look into getting a better void gauntlet. I saw that you generate 14% more threat...not good for a healer.

Ya they changed the beacon perk. The new beacon perk gives everyone crit. I think its called vicious beacon or something...

And no problem man! I'm gonna be making a new healing guide. There have been some pretty big changes with Perks. Please stand by. And corrupted ward is only good for Tempest, depths and dynasty. Those are all corrupted type enemies.

It doesn't remove the fire debuffs from Tempest:( I'll try it out some more and see. With light gear and tons of focus, it should heal a decent amount.

@@sl3ndermmo True, but the M10 modifier for fire damage on it, that gets removed, and the ticking damage for disease in the void mod, it removes the damage tick. Just one less thing to chunk away at your group. Also, if running with a 4 melee group, they'll all be in Sacred, and that splash heals for about 4k per person.

Diminishing returns after 300 focus ...it would be better spent elsewhere more con or extra int for the void ... also with iridescence being the new bis staff it would be good to see this kind of in depth vid refreshed 😉

I’m in light now with the medium nerf, I personally run SC orb and DE with the jump ability as seems stronger that LE now. On VG essence rupture oblivion and orb. I run 310 focus and 200 con with randoms but if tank and team is good more into focus. I think a mix of refreshing and refreshing evasion works fine as refreshing cools down all skills.

Wouldn't putting an amber gem on the void gauntlet be optimal? Since you have 360 focus and the gem makes it scale to nature (which is determined by focus) ??

i did this because i have a "'bis" but scaled partly on int and the damage is almost as good as the real bis. so i think youre right
