Those spektrum rfeceivers are awesome, I run them in all of my cars. Though my Kraton and Mini E-Revo I run SR6200A receivers, because those have AVC. Really helps in keeping the cars straight at higher speeds.

This are great buys. I think the best and most practical buys are the receivers. First receivers do go bad especially in bashers. To have them on hand when you are doing a build or upgrading is so convenient. You don't want to be in the middle of a build and not have receiver on hand, or at the track on a race weekend without an extra receiver.

That TRX 4 sport is absolutely awesome the way it is. Do Not remove the lights! You should lock the diffs with ear plugs there are so many lcg chassis kits for you to choose from to make it more performance oriented rather than trail rig. And if anything you can swap out the tranny with one from one of your other TRX 4 but I wouldn't do that because the second gear and selectable locking diffs aren't necessary for a lcg rig. Instead I would use a Vanquish trans with a dig unit. It would be the only sleeper lol I wish I could get a crazy fire deal like you got on that rig.

Love the video as always mark,,still waiting to see that speed build go thru...sure wish someone would take the x-01 and make it instead of the arrmas...but that just luck so far...lol ..i recently replaced my crawler with the same red traxxas receiver...and ran 2 packs...now when i turn it on the esc is flashing red light!! Asked traxxas repeatedly and they basically say change batteries in both which i have!!! And even got and used amazon which work great every where else and does same thing,question is do u have a clue?? Ur like a god to rc builds and troubleshooting which is why ive followed u since day one...got any insight??? Thanks Mark✌️

so I picked up a early 90's RC nitro team Losi truck, I only recently got into RC cars with my traxxas models. The engine was locked up I pulled most of it apart and got a look inside the motor and its rusted and some of the bolts on the top are also rusted is it worth my time to try to clean it up or would I be better off to find a used motor online and hope I can get the gearing to line up since it is such a old truck
