INSANE SAND! Bikepacking the Anza Hapaha Borrego Route

I was initially excited to see an overnight bikepacking route in my backyard, then I watched the whole video;-). Definitely plus to fat bike sand with flats for the HaB. I love my bivy set up for bikepacking as I can leave my pad and quilt inside and just roll it all up in the morning and then roll it out again after a long day. Great job!

You could have stopped at the Stagecoach RV store just before your camp spot and bought hot food. If it was open. That route needs 2.6" or wider tires for sure.

Good to know! If we go back out there we will need to stop by. We honestly didn't really know what we were getting ourselves into. I wish my fork fit a 2.6, alas I am stuck with 2.3.

The 25 mile sand pit wasn't the greatest but the rest was beautiful and amazing! I would highly recommend braving it if you're down to do some walking :)
