You have to help me I’m your SIL we are family! Funny she didn’t see things that way when trying to get rid of her husbands sister. I’m glad the parents got to have the smaller home. Hope Tanya set down rules as to who could live there. Nice to know she loves and cares for her parents even if they don’t show appreciation for Tanya’s help. About 12 years ago, My dad passed away from car accident without have anything leave to my mom He thought he have plenty time before need to set up retired fund for my mom so, she have no choice to went into bankruptcy. Mom is about to lost the house. Bank was going take it. But I have my own business I run it from my computer. So I was able to buy house from my mom to keep from bank take it. And allowed my mom stay in same house. I move back in my old bedroom. Why living apartment while I own the house. I plan to keep them after my mom gone. My mom talk into me to not anyone in family or friends that she has been bankruptcy or that I has been bought house from Mom. I agree. 2 or 3 years later my sister decide to move in back to her old room with his boyfriend and 3 kids without asking me or mom. My house have four bedroom. 1 for mom, 1 for myself 1 for office and 1 for guest. She took her room which was office and also she claim guest room for her kids. Within 24 hours of move in. She tried so hard to push me out. Then beg my mom to threw me "lazy bum" out because she need my room for her kids. They has been push me so hard for all 3 months and called me stealing food, lazy who living with mom for free of charge and always play game on computer. I told her billion time, I run business on computer. I even own 4 stock. She don't believe me. She even call police to try force me get out. Police say there's nothing they can do because my mom say she don't want me get out. it's her one who want grab the house. She just decide go ahead with rip new hardwood out living room and hallway that I paid for and replace ugly cheap carpet without asking. they say they're doing for my parent. While my parent was out of town. I was shocked and piss off. I demand that she pay for put hardwood back down. She refuse "This house is not your! I'm going put a lot of money on upgrade house so mom will have no choice to put my name in will to take over house when they pass away because I put all my money on it! I spend tons of money and she buy food nothing more. At least she could help me with that. You know dad leave her nothing but debts. I help her with her debts... Who pay debts? me! What you did? remove I paid for new hardwood with cheap cheap cheap carpet without her permission. I will have this carpet remove and put down new hardwood within month and you're one who pay for it!" She said "you cant do that! this house going be mine!" I really want to show her who actually own the house but I keep promise to my mother to not say anything. When mom got back home she was shocked to see carpet. I stand front mom and my sister stand next to me. Mom first thing to looked at my sister and said "Did you do this? Are you stupid? It's not your house. It's your brother's house. He own this house I just live with him" I told her (sister) "Now, you know. You have 48 hours to get remove ugly carpet and put new i mean new not put broken ruins wood that your boyfriend break it. I want NEW hardwood back down there. If you cant do that. Then find new place" she was complete flip out "why don't you told me?!" i TOLD her billion time "i own the business i have 4 stock i help all of stuff what make her thinking i'm lazy bum and steal foods. So, last time i paid 10k for put down hardwood. i'm sure price rise by now and you will have to find 10k or more to pay for new hardwood floor or get your ass out my house. Beside you move in without permission. I believe that's applies break and move in" She said "You never told me you own the house! and I don't have money!" I told her "I keep my promise to mom that I will not tell anyone that I bought house from mom to make sure she can stay here without have bank take it. Also If you knew i have tons money. You will one who begging me and try living like princess... anyway you have rv park outside. sell it then you can afford it. or take your rv to rv campground and live there You have 47 hour and 55 min your count down has already begin. Once time run out. and you still here? I'll call CPS for your cruelty living homeless with kids. They will happy to taking your 3 kids plus one in your belly once you birth, they will take baby too then call police to tell them you're trespassing and tried squat in my house while I'm still here" She sit around do nothing she thinking i wont kick her out because I'm close to my nephews. I do love them. But how can get her learn lesson. So I end up call police and CPS to remove them. Last time I heard. She living in her RV alone without boyfriend.
