That was Scott Eyer. It was his first hit. He overshot it and the sled was going sideways. Who knows what would have happened. Judgment calls like that in the air are ALWAYS tough, but usually right I think. If you're going to eat it on a 150 foot jump, it's better without the machine than with oftentimes. Looking at the way the sled was tipping, I think he might've made the right call. Unfortunately he did break his leg. Wishing him a speedy recovery and looking forward to seeing him stomp next year.
