Hey Tom, longtime viewer of your channel. I've noticed quite a significant decrease in sonar /side imaging pictures of what you're seeing. That content helped me dial in my sonar and get into some massive walleye on the Winnipeg River. I'd love to continue seeing more of that in your videos! Thank you for bomb content.

It definitely was similar fishing to big natural lakes I fish all the time. But you can tell those fish on Sakakawea like to move around a lot more.

Tom I'll bet you haven't tried this method of drop shot it's wild. Double or triple drop shotting set up your original way of drop and and a double swivel hook for both bait spacing the desired spacing apart from each add your tungsten 3/4 to 1 oz. weight and bam your going to be surprised how the fish love this . You can even add a third if you desire, I run a 4' floral carbon leader. Give it a try and let me know your thoughts or success. Good luck

Why don't you fish Green Bay other than the spring run?? Just as good, probably better than anything in Minnesota or the Dakotas, alot closer too
