Nice decklist! Couldn't tell you if it's better than regular tenyi swordsoul but it looks like a ton of fun!

I dont think thats how sword soul shs will be played spichally with it having places where if you negate the 2 card combo ended (ash soulpeacemaker) What make having shs with sowrd soul good Is the easy access to synchros they struggle with like denglong and the nirmal summon not being as big as a resource for them as if you stopped swordsoul normal summon they generally get stuck and will have a hard time getting other disruptions Edit : i think the main way it will be is by getting to this bored Grandmaster +wagon+swordsoul token+taia Or Grandmaster+scales+soulpiercer +token+taia You get this bored by having Wakaushi +mo ye or any card that gets it +any target for mo ye Use wakaushi get benkai use benkai get soulpiercer Normal mo ye use effect spichal token Use both wakaushi and mo ye to synchro for grand master Grand master effect +soul piercer effect +mo ye effect + wakaushi to scale him Get taia +wagon or scales Then pendulum summon them and you got the bored From this bored you can get to alot of stuff One combo that i thinked of is with the wagon version Use wagon get soulhorn Equip soulhorn spichal summon soulhorn Soulhorn and token for denglong Deng long add the trap and use him to detch longyoun(lvl 6 swordsoul) Use taia banish longyoun Then synchro for barron by denglong and taia Denglong summon bi'an taia send to gy adhara Use the adhara asd longyoun back to hand Synchro for accel by wagon and token Accel for bike Use bike and bi'an to summon *naturia beast* Finally use longyoun discard the mo yr target And use him to go for any synchro lvl10 you like Options you have You can use both accel and grandmaster to xyz for lvl 8 that get you regulus if you main it If you have second copy of bi'an in main deck You can use barron effect in standby phase to get denglong And when you use the trap you summon the seconed bi'an and chiwen will summon himself and you can use both of them to get herald of arc light that cannot be outted by battle You can get chiwen to gy by summoning chiwen instead of bi'an then destrying it by barron effect so its going to summon bi'an This end you with lowest of Infinite spell negate Omni negate that shuffles Monsters negate Ice dragon prison after the monster negate Or highest of 3 omni negates 1 of those shuflles(nine pillar) after it you get another omni negate that also act as a marco cosmos The 3rd get you follow up (regulus) Infinite spell negate And banish 1 monster and spell or ice dragon prison if herald caused a banish

I honestly think a pure list with a small yang zing package is probably the way to go.

The version that ticks all the boxes is good ol fashion Tenyi SS with loads of HT. The yang zing one is nice but you have to go out your way to make denglong and play a couple of bricks. the vw is also kwl and has a lot of gas, but is more control. the shs version is the opposite to vw as it has a lot of gas, a lot more combo and aggressive, but also lacks a bit of consistency on the ss side.

Swordsouls synchro 8 isn't generic the shs engine can't link into them

It can with a non tuner wyrm, is what I meant so as shown in the combo you can go far just with shs then as long as you can pen just 1 ss monster you get what you need from the ss

@@zephyrwargamesyugioh I did watch the 2 best cards in the deck non interrupted combo and I mean that this version is worst in consistency,going second and really weak to handtraps

@Edcat Allan Poe I'd argue it does better than the tenyi version. To deal with nibs/HT in tenyi version you need to get to long to protect with baronne. In this version you have long and also bike that can get you that protection. The ss element of the deck is less consistent but that's where the SHS come in to help it. You could if you really wanted to cut down the shs engine by about 3-4 cards and put in a small tenyi engine. Both versions are kwl, obviously this needs a bit of tweaking to get the balance right post banlist, but it's far from dead.
