Yea I just to judge it once But I have a homie who sells birria and he hooked me up with one once With fresh cebolla,cilantro some fresh squeezed limón and a bomb salsa And it made me change my mind about it. I can only imagen how amazing it will taste with some thick homemade egg noodles
