According to our algorithms on runbritainrankings that was your best ever performance (taking into account conditions as well as raw times) and, all of the runners in all the 10000 races male or female, you were 4th best on performance versus prediction. In other words, you certainly peaked very well for this.

Awesome race, Phily! Congrats. 25 laps of a track at pace looks painful 😨😨 I noticed you use your asthma inhaler… would love you to talk about asthma in a future video. As a sufferer myself, it’s really hard to find advice online in regards to running. Some say to take the blue one half an hour before a race but you looked like you had it immediately before. Any tips would be great!
