Congrats on the PB! Love the Grind! Just found your channel a couple days ago. I like your energy and your positive, yet realistic attitude about goals. Heat up a brass paperclip and poke it through the nail to release the pressure. Heating it will sterlize it and also allow it to melt the nail to poke through.

You look just like one of the boyz!!! You sure u don't identify as such? As well it looked at the finish that you did not obviously "PUSH" as hard as you could have? Your thoughts on that observation? GG! All da Best Phil!! GG!

This is maybe a crazy question - but does Phily or any other runner that follows, chew gum to keep their mouth from drying? I cannot run, well whatever I do as running, without it. 😬

Refreshing to see this transparency. What people see as winners in the NCAA are only the tip of the iceberg with respect to talent, work, and minimizing injuries or illnesses. So much talent is lost to injuries and illnesses, and it takes at least a whole year to get back to where one was before getting injured or ill, and it's a tough, tough mental climb. I am envious of those who at least had a program, resources, and somewhat of a coach. I had none of those, and I've always wondered what my PBs would've been had I had competent coaching, nutrition, hydration, etc.

At this pace and in these races, there aren’t that many women that can keep up. In the earlier slower races there were plenty of young women. Most of them sub 10 mins, so quite fast, but sub 9 is proper elite level for women.

I ran about 4:39/km split on a cloudy day during a 12km and Strava recorded it as 2:58/km 🥲 Now do I remove it and accept that I didn't officially run that day or keep it and have my 1km and 1mi PR set on an incorrect recording.
@dimka11ggg7 сағат бұрын
You can split this activity to two part between this "fast" km.
