Thanks for the great recipe! Made it with a few alterations. Cooked it on my lump charcoal kamado grill at home. Added in some grilled baby bok Choi and portobello mushrooms and used thinly sliced cross cut moose round roast instead of the beef. Turned out great. Would never have thought to grill a teriyaki but it was amazing!

Hi Harry. That just looks so good! Looks like you use a big piece of fire starter to get the fire going? They certainly get the fire going quickly but I'm not sure of them when cooking food. Have you got any thoughts on that? Any other way to get the fire going quickly sans chemicals? A butane torch is about the only thing I can think of that comes close. I'd cook over wood every meal if possible!

You carry so much stuff in your vehicle and you even have water hose. But mate I've never seen you put out a water bowl for Fred. Mate I live in Darwin and I know the weather your boy endures. I carry a water bowl and bottle of water for my Blue Heeler every time he is in my Statesman, and that's all the time. If you do have a bowl for him then ignore me.
