QOTD: Shadow Vileplume has been a convenient single move razor leafer that didn’t require an insane amount of stardust. It helps deal with the ridiculous amount of Jellicents and mudbois. I didn’t have the stardust to build anything fun. :/

QOTD: More so team than specific pokemon. Been running a team of Pelipper, Steelix, and Serperior. Ive actually climbed 300+ ELO so far so been working well. Caught a shiny Steelix with better IVs than my current, my first time building a Serperior, and caught the Pelipper at 1498 CP so no problem investing for it

QOTD: Maractus as an anti-lead vs Quagsire. Even though I'm not necessarily the highest rank, with BS support from Steelix it can function pretty well against Clodsire and Quagsire and even put a huge dent in a lot of neutral targets like Gligar and Clodsire with Petal Blizzard + Aerial Ace

QOTD: Cofagrigus. Honestly, with the team I’m running (Arctibax, Clodsire) Jellicent would be an objectively better fit than coffin. I don’t have a Jellicent built yet as I’m waiting to catch a better one once the event ends, but in the meantime, coffin has been killing it. Unlikel Jellicent, I feel it is even safer with only darks and certain normal types wrecking it. Very neutral and hits rather hard (and has shadow claw)

I think it's an issue due to showing the incorrect stardust & candy requirements. It should cost 90k & not the 75k it suggests, so if you don't have either enough candies or enough dust you won't be able to purchase that second move

QOTD shadow Rhyperior with mud slap. I’ve been running triple shadow with powder snow Alolan Ninetails on lead, Quagsire swap, and Rhyperior closer. I’m seeing so many Gligar leads and Clodsire closers. Typically 3 or 4 wins per set around the 2500s. Could probably run something more versatile than the Rhyperior but it’s been a lot of fun to use considering the limited meta of the catch cup.
