Last year, SEC reportedly asked for $770M for settlement. Ripple did not heed. So, now, SEC demanding $2Billion. Lets wait for final order of the court, and see if SEC wins and what is the exact sanction/penalties. Anyways, Ripple can still appeal.... but will just take years to resolve. 😮
