If I can call out something that’s specifically well done, the stereo audio panning in this video is just superb. Every instrument is it sitting in its own stereo space and feels like it’s in a very natural spot. In general, this whole thing is very well mixed, but the panning in particular stood out to me. As an audio engineer, kudos! Also, this pulled my childhood out of the Center of my brain, slapped me across the face with it and then put it back, so... talk about nostalgia

Diamond and Pearl is my favorite soundtrack of any game. I largely credit Sinnoh's soundtrack with shaping my musical taste. It is no understatement to say that each and every track you remix makes me incredibly happy. This track is one of my favorites from the original. When I think of Mt. Coronet's theme, I see in my mind's eye a determined young Pokémon Trainer running up a mountain in a race against time. I can feel that energy from the original track shine through clearly; to me, that is the sign of a good arrangement. Excellent job, as always. I look forward to what you have in store for the rest of the Year of Sinnoh. Personally, I'm really hoping to see another arrangement of Sunyshore City, but I'll be happy with anything in this soundtrack, honestly. Thanks again for all the work you put into these, for it does not go unappreciated by any means.

aaaaaa Carlos my guy Mt. Coronet was one of my favourite tracks all the way back when I first played Gen 4. I actually first found your channel through your original Mt. Coronet cover if I'm remembering correctly, and it's probably my single favourite cover of yours. At least, it was until now because you definitely nailed it even harder this time! I'm generally a big fan of all your arrangements that you use your EWI in (Forward and Studiopolis Zone being prime examples), and I really feel like it adds a lot to this arrangement as well. Also, thanks for keeping the Lingus bit in this arrangement too, heh.

I could only imagine the satisfaction of revisiting something from 5 years ago to make it even greater! I've been listening to the original arrangement you did quite a bit, so listening to this one was very interesting. First the beginning has a lot more texture with the piano, violin, and EWI playing the melody in octaves. The muted trumpets also add a great touch to that part. Next, I would've never expected to hear the EWI playing the bass synth part, but it did not disappoint at all! I was here jumping in my chair like you while you were playing! I'm also really glad you added in that piano cadenza part because I feel like it adds a much smoother transition into the Lingus portion. We all can agree that the piano solo was amazing! And lastly the extended shout chorus at the end really opened up space for more expressiveness and shaping with the drums, and I'm sure the last chorus was especially good for the live performances to get the audience going. Great work, and can't wait to see what you do with Spear Pillar! (that first part of the description made my day)

YES!!! This is definitely tied to be my favorite field theme from DPP, if not my #1. I will never forget it. That insane musical progression, along memories of grinding EXP at that moutain place and leveling up my Lucario to learn new moves...

So I'm in a jazz band as well (lead trumpet) and I'm standing in the back and sometimes look at our drummer when he is making some absolutely groovy beats, and I can confirm that he makes almost the exact same expressions that this drummer does. I'm startin to think this is a standard drummer look because my cousin also does this!
