i think the hour hand needs to be replaced but where is the pointer hour at the end?

It's been like that since it was purchased to my local clock shop, so it doesn't need to be replaced.

It was given to me by my local clock shop owner. Because of how heavy the clock was, it took at least three people to hang it up. But it was very successful, and I really like my new addition!
