Man it is something else seeing turbochargers and that much power on a bagger! When I originally had heard about these I wasn't sure what to expect or if I would like the way they look, etc. but I was pleasantly surprised and this particular video showed some even more badass bikes! This is some really rad stuff!

Man, this totally jogged my memory from years back when I got the front wheel up in the air on a stripped-down Honda Valkyrie! It is something else having a 700+ pound (dry) street bike pull the front end up! 😁 the bike was all black and chrome. The only accessories so to speak besides him slide engine work was saddlebags ruc and sissy bar which we took on and off, usually had the bags and back seat off (miss that bike as does my dad -- it got totalled in a HORRIFIC crash in 2008 that nearly killed my dad, we found the he high-sided going about a hundred miles an hour and in a nutshell laid there for 12 hours until somebody found him and somehow the bleeding in his brain stopped in its own and this is becoming a longer comment then I meant to be but he basically made a 99% recovery which I still can't believe! Anyways love video man and I thought about deleting a bunch of this comment but I'm going to post it anyway 😊😊🤘🏻

Man I'm so glad your dad is okay, I know what it is to be on the side of the road ( off and down a hill ), my left foot across my toes was caught in the chain and sprocket where I couldn't be seen. I got hit by a car, took flight for a bit, and after grinding off skin to the bone in 2 spots STUPID went after the bike to give chase, but I slid down the hill and my foot went in it running ....... that was only the beginning ha ha ha, but I made it okay, big toe don't bend, got crushed into 32 pieces.

@@MasterLee1955 holy hell! That is pretty damn horrific!! Yeah my dad was in this new neighborhood development, no houses yet just Road they had a guy happened to come into work on Labor Day and thought he was dead and that's how he was found, we looked everywhere possibly could, his phone had died so we couldn't GPS the thing. He was just in there with some dyno software on his smartphone and apparently came in a little too hot and had to lay the bike over but it ended up high siding of him and he literally cleared this Square Edge curb, where the road turned by a foot and missed this random a large Rock by about a foot, no helmet no nothing it was one of those I'll be right back type of things. How did your recovery go?? Also how did you end up being found?

@@dmeemd7787 , I laid back, blocked EVERYTHING out of my mind, then put the bike in neutral and pulled the wheel backwards to release my foot, then I crawled up the hill. I then walked home leaving a trail of blood. I was in shock and when I laid back when I was caught it was in POISON Ivy ........

@@MasterLee1955 there's something about those stories it always have a twist like not only having to UNTANGLE YOUR FOOT FROM A SPROCKET AFTER MANGLING PART OF YOUR FOOT BUT ALSO POISON IVY! 😖😬🤦‍♂️ -- almost have to laugh I would think (in hindsight, couldn't make up a story like that, lol) -- and yeah, the thought of ANY limb caught in a sprocket, blower belt you name it freaks me out thinking about it no matter how comfortable or often I've been around them! Glad you didn't lose to much blood and they were able to save your toe.. When I broke my forearm in half w/ a compound fracture, it felt like I was dreaming, then realized I wasn't and was like.. soooooon of a bitch 🤦‍♂️😂 (ended up revealing it and bending the plate a week and a half after getting the cast off, lol, THAT just pissed me off and I also realized how much more a compound fracture hurts LMFAO

If you're just doing a test and tune at a drive-thru if you have the option of showing your time and in this case I'm pretty sure it's like no prep or other types of racing where it's 'no time's-- I forget which race it is but they don't show times during qualifying but they do during racing okay. But I'm sure you know all this already and I'm just guessing that's the case because a lot of bike guys never show their times 😊 (I get the point of not showing your ET/MPH but, in my opinion anyway, its not great for the fans 99% of the time)

@@That-Guy. Oh wow that's really sad. We're you aware of how fast you were going when she fell? I lost my wife several years back to a very tragic accident. We were going 150 down a straight dessert highway when the bike started picking up revs and I wasn't even twisting the throttle. It was the same sensation as peaking over the top of a hill and feeling the engine gain power as the incline changes, but on flat ground. I leaned back to tell this to my wife as it was quite the odd occurrence to gain such rpms without giving gas, but then realized she was the cause of the sudden power gain, she was gone. I took a minute to let sink in what had just happened, can't say I rolled off the throttle even a bit. And then it hit me like a ton of bricks. Dropping my wife's fat ass was the best upgrade I had ever made to my bike.

I sometimes wonder if the people who bring up the same old tired BS about sportbikes vs Harley's have any happiness in their lives. It's so boring and tiresome. Everyone else on their bikes, loving life, giving love to their two wheeled brothers, it's all family. Them along comes some dude who never rides and wanting to be clever, makes snarky comments about such and such bike, blah blah blah. I wonder if they have any friends. How miserable and small their lives must be. It's almost sad. Almost.

@@MrJimmy1437 6-9k/yr? LOL. And that's what you put out there like some kind of motorcycle expert. Ok man. There are guys in my club pushing 75 years of age who put that much on their bikes in a few months. Every Harley owner I know is putting, at minimum, 12-15k/yr on their bikes and those are the guys who don't commute on them. Further, I NEVER hear guys on Harleys trash-talking other bikes or bikers who love other brands. Most of the guys in my club have Ducatis, Goldwings, Kawis, Honda's, etc and we appreciate anyone out here on two wheels putting miles on. We will pull over and help any brother we see stopped, whether your helmet is on the ground or not. Most of these guys have built their bikes themselves, lots of panheads and a few knuckles, one guy has 100k on his knucklehead that he built two years ago. Other guys have Dynas pushing 150/160 or more and if you actually knew anything about bikes, or actually worked on them, you'd know that is common in the twin cam and M8 community. One of my brothers does pretty good for himself racing liter bikes on a built M8 143. It's pretty hilarious watching the idiots brag and boast, then hand over a thousand in cash and complain that he cheated and argue with him when he tells them it's naturally aspirated. But one thing I've found that has never been wrong - anyone who's been riding longer than a few seasons generally appreciates anyone else out there riding all the time. We are a community. If you spend your time spewing BS cliches and hating people in the community, maybe spend more time actually riding and less time talking shit. I'd welcome any crotch rocket to join us on our public run where we ride 8k miles in 10 days, Alaska to Sturgis and back. Never seen anyone make it on anything but a Harley. And we've had multiple younger members try on all sorts of sport bikes. We enjoy riding with them. Problem is, they never do make it to day 3.

@@donniebaker5984 Austin Dennis told ur ass 😂🤣😂🤣😂 yeah it was heavily modified vrod destroyer you were referring too, track only bike, not legal for street use in stock form, also stock 165rwhp. Those bikes were originally purpose built for the drag, they do mid 10s. Then they heavily modified it, so yeah I'd hope it would do better than these snails🐌

CycleDrag the point is to keep people entertained and in that regard I think the commentating along with interviews with the riders and crew are just as important as the racing, especially when you're just watching on video. Keep up the great work, haters gonna hate no matter what you do!
