Some fun facts... The first performance e was "Derniere dance" in french. The judges was excited. Second was "it's a mans world" and before her entrance, one of the judges said that he put out her first performance on his social media and hit over a million views in an hour or so. After this song, the male judge told Igor, this is something for you to support. Igor responded that he will wait untill she sings in russian. Then came Rechenca...... .... she won the hole contest and Igor gave her an apartment in Moscow 👍👍

After Diana sang in French and then in English at this show, Igor Krutoy told her to prepare a song in Russian, where she could also convey emotions. "Rechyonka" ("River") was a Russian song that Diana prepared. There were several other stages. In the end Diana won this vocal competition and the "Igor Krutoi Foundation" gave her a flat in Moscow.

У нее разомкнутые голосовые связки и при этом очень обьемный звук Далее, она обладает полифонией, ее тон насыщен субгармониками , кажется что поют несколько человек. The best way to tell if it’s a true contralto voice? Listen with your eyes closed. If the singer sounds androgynous, they’re a contralto. So there’s no shade in saying she sometimes sounds like a guy-because she 100% does. How do I know this stuff? I’m a contralto, too 🥰💜

I had to laugh when you said Igor Krutoy was a bad ass. I am not sure if you know but his last name Крутой literally translates from Russian as “steep” like in “steep mountain” but the same word is used to indicate when someone is really cool or bad ass as well. So people will say “oh you are cool” and in Russian it is «you are krutoy крутой». I wonder how his ancestors got that last name :)
