Insanity's papyrus isn't dead. Usually when a monster dies every part of their body turns to dust. Heck even in og undertale when you kill paps his body dusts first but his head remains and he still talks.

@@noobattle123 yeah. He can still talk while only being a head. Its after the human slashes his head and that turns to dust is when he's actually dead

Well apparently insanity's brother papyrus right there. He can't talk, he can cry or feel emotions. That's what I thought about it.

Fun fact: insanity isn't evil it's just the fact that gaster inject him with determination and lose all his emotions so it's not insanity fault at all
