Inscryption Developers React to World Record Speedruns

Inscryption is such a strange, weird little game, and the speedruns for it don't help it make any more sense. So ride along with Daniel Mullins (the creator of Inscryption), and Kevin Saxby (Luke Carder, Inscryption), as they watch and react to an amazing Moon% and Act 3% speedrun of the game. act 3 of the game made me wish there was a different world for each of the 4 characters with their own gimmicks. and you had to beat like all 4 in order to unlock a secret ending.

Somewhat like, depending on your choices in act 2, the "master" of act 3 would change, perhaps except Leshy, and each part would give you a segment of a code of sorts, which you then can use to unlock the ending?

Daniel looked like he actually enjoyed watching the speedrun instead of most devs horrified at their games breaking. He couldn't stop smiling and laughing throughout that cluster of chaos in act 3 this is too wholesome.

the poison mantis has two purposes. One being the moleman/moon, the other being as a replacement for scissors. Since it's bifurcated it can get rid of a grizzly to make way for the 5 dmg wolf's attack. (or child 13 + bifurcated wolf) if it's placed one column to the left

Act 3, he auto wins the boss battle because I’m p sure the game doesn’t know how to handle reading both battles at once. I’m sure he gets into one battle and ignores it as he runs into a boss and he exits and reloads maybe to keep the game from crashing as more battles are triggered?

I’m also fairly certain they load the upgrades into existence and move away or something before it locks them so they can do the events while waiting for damage to resolve during mandatory fights

The reload seems to be to trigger the proper win script and reset the cache of the game so that future glitches don't crash the game. Basically just reloading though so the game saves that he won the battle.
