Insert a table into a table in word | Nesting Tables

My Query: How to hide the outlines of multiple (more than 100) nested tables in MS word in one click? Is there any VBA code or Macro setting for it? I have tried Google Search and KZbin videos. didn't found any effective way. Asking it to do it one by one many youtube videos. Kindly, help.
