This tutorial will show you how to pick up Photographs from a particular Folder in the computer in Microsoft Excel. I used vlookup formula to automatically import the students’ information to the analysis sheet. We can use this method to create Employees information and manipulating large data to find out particular information for particular entity. Follow the following steps to design such excel workbook.
Step1: Prepare students passport size photographs and store them in a folder.
Step2: Re-name the photographs to students Roll Number or Scholar Number.
Step3: Create an excel workbook and save it as Macro-Enable Worksheet
Step4: Rename the first sheet1 to Information and sheet2 to Analysis.
Step5: Enter students details i.e. Name, Class, Roll no., Address, Contacts etc.to the ‘Information’ sheet.
Step 6: Decorate the ‘Analysis’ sheet using colours, shapes to make it attractive.
Step7: Use vlookup to automatically import information form ‘Information’ sheet.
Step7: Use Developer Tab and insert two Image Control
Press ‘Ctrl+F11’ to open VBA window and type the code to pickup photographs.
