Hi Josh, I absolutely love checking out new houses and I’ve watched all your videos. I’m getting ready to move to the Tampa area and I’m planning to work at Hard Rock. I’m on the lookout for a lovely home with great value that’s within a 40-minute drive from work. If it’s in a spot that’s a bit less prone to hurricanes, that would be a huge plus! Those houses are gorgeous. I love the two floor layout. What I don't particularly like is: 1: window in the closet. 2: no backyard. 3: HOA/CDD. 4: Glass top stove. But since he's a custom builder you could probably do some changes except the HOA/CDD thing. I have to ask you, I know you're a real estate agent/advisor and that's your bread and butter, I see on various forums Floridians lamenting their forests are being destroyed for these developments. Are you concerned about over building?

For me, it’s a double edged sword. I don’t like all of the negatives of the development, but like you said, it’s how I make a living. I don’t have a way to stop the development so I have to make the best of it.

That's a very hard decision, both homes are awesome. I think my favorite is the first one.
