The master bath is horrible. Nothing divides the shower area from the toilet so meaning you will always have to mop the whole area after each bath. 🤦🏾‍♂️

Love the house, but I am dumbfounded on the demand price $200 USD. My other gripe is the quote being principally in dollars. The last time I read, Ghana does have a currency of its own. Don’t get me wrong, you can quote the equivalent in other currencies, but the Cedi should come first.

@@lindaofori3914 Is because you cant see them. The building is isn't staight. The whole water heater in the kitchen, bathroom is ugly and is 1970's. So they place the water heater for the kitchen outside while they could have place it in the kitchen storage. 12:07 the space between the tiles.all the bathroom have it . 12:32 the staircase is bad, but you can see that they have use long white tiles, but then you see small piece and a long one. And many more mistakes.
