House #1. Is pretty Nice, Although it needs Repaved the Driveway. Not a Fan of Pools at all. $360,000 is a little High more likely $340,000. House #2, Certainly Not Worth $450,000 The Mother in-law is Terrible, they should have left the Garage. The Brick Driveway needs to be Painted, The Lawn in the Front and Backyard really needs Green Turf Maintenance. $300,000 is more likely. Home#3, Is Enough for me, God forbid who ever Purchased this Home. They need to UPGRADE from Top to Bottom Inside and Out. $414,000 they should be asking $214,000 put the other $200,000 into Upgrading and you would really have a Beautiful Home. Great Video 👍📸

Wow, I was looking forward to house 3, but it was a huge disappointment!! With all the work needed, I would price at $350 max. The fence alone is a $25K project, and there are wall holes, grime, hollow doors, popcorn ceiling, landscaping etc. In today’s market, it would have to be too good to say “no”, and it isn’t. Hope the neighborhood is nice enough to support the investment.

Hey Kaleb. Happy Sunday. 1st home. Basic neat front elevation. Pool home 🏡🙌🏼. Kitchen in the front give’s apartment vibes. Entry directly to the garage a plus. 1st bedroom sliders to the enclosed lanai. Bathroom basic but clean. Could be spruced up some. 2nd bedroom has nice palladium window. Spacious living room. Believe it’s large enough to get a dining table. Primary an ok size. Like the shower privately sets back. Covered enclosed lanai and pool a good size. 2nd home think the blue doors takes away from the curb appeal. Let’s see inside. Oh. Not bad on entry but don’t want to see the kitchen head on on entry. Nice kitchen but the backsplash and floors clash. Nice sunroom and backyard for a pool. Don’t like the dark shower tile in the bathroom. Primary small en-suite. Mother in law suite has a stove and fridge and a washer/dryer combo. Would’ve preferred 1 level VS 2 steps up to the bathroom. So it’s a studio space. No defined bedroom or living. 3rd home ok front elevation. Agreed needs painting. Odd layout on entry. 1st bath is spacious. Agreed lose the green carpet. 3 bedrooms to 1 bath. Kitchen needs updating. Glad it’s open to the fireplace space. Large primary. En-suite small but doable. Whole house needs renovation. Covered lanai. Nice backyard once cleaned up. Don’t care for any of these homes for reasons commented. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

Liked House #2 the best, love the kitchen in the mother in law suite. The three homes needed landscaping and new lawns. Although the prices had been reduced, I feel they are still overpriced and the taxes seem a bit high. Hope the price reductions continue. Thanks, as always, for the tours, you do a great job.

Prices go down in some cities, but in St Augustine & Palm Coast, Daytona, the prices are the same as last year.

I definitely agree, the third house is overpriced with all the renovations that need to be done. I do love the lavender room though LOL! Had to crack up when you said to pull up the green carpets. Someone is going to love that haha!!!

Hello Kaleb, house number one is nice but the price could be lower. House two doesn't worth $450 000 for such an old home. It worth about $250,000. Wow,number three is a total disappointment. It needs total renovations and doesn't worth not even $200 000.
