It's nice property but bit old looking. Which year it was built? It may take rs 1-2 cr to update. What is exact plot size ? I searched that this 57 sector/extension has problems in rainy season as well bad road conditions. How true is that ? Also does basement has separate side entrance if we want to rent out ?
