No. Why did you do Tampa like that. You can get new construction homes in the city limits of Tampa for less than $300,000, very nice homes, they are just in the city limits, some like this one. Now the county Riverview, Brandon, Ruskin, Wesley Chapel is different and all of these have new house in this price bracket.

Homes in Florida r really OVERPRICED.... they have nothing in COMMON with the better built homes up NORTH. ALSO U HAVE NO CELLARS HERE IN THIS HORRID STATE.... Sorry I ever moved here....
