Get the cheaper one and do the upgrades yourself so you don't have to pay the higher property tax. Privacy not so great when there's a parking lot in your front or backyard.

Everybody knows about this parking lot and beach. They park there to avoid paying for parking. During the day on a summer day, it’s packed with people. Don’t real estate agent google map locations? Don’t they see past google maps?
