Currently properties are sitting on the market for longer and longer due to the current economic climate. The properties that stay on the market and lowering their price over time to try and draw up some attention. Its a great time try try and negotiate for a deal, but rates and current pricing are making things a bit harder!

Technically downtown but not really. You’d need to be totally ignorant about real estate to buy this place for 1.9…it presents like a real nice apartment to share with your friend while in your 20s. No thanks
