Really, really nice. A wonderful place to live, on a near sea level piece of property. But in 2007, it sold for $2.5 million. So, if you wait a year, it will probably sell for half of what is asked, now that the inflated housing market is declining. It is a phenomenal house, well worth owning, but one west coast storm in this area and it will be a pile of debris, just like the property to the south of us and recently, the unfortunates on the east coast. So, over priced by half at the moment, but worth six million dollars plus, all day long. Get good insurance.
