Amazing project!well presented. Spacious..good finishing..but...my only concern is that pricing and the returns on rent...ofvourse for investment purposes. How much can rent go in this areas..is the selling price going to apreciate in the next few years say i decide to sell

I didn't show the outside because the house is still under construction but in a month time I should be able to do that. We have a payment plan of upto 3yrs where you pay 20% and the rest according to your abilities
