The house is actually cheap, that generator alone is over 10 million, that fridge and electronics almost 2 million, factor in cost of land in that area, the house is just about 230,000 USD, the owner might want to buy a house where he is relocating too, fair listing, if you dont have 10 million naira in your account hustle harder because 130 million naira is nothing
