The only mansion I respect in Nigeria with green areas is chief Olu Okeowo house. It’s a well planned house with massive swimming with outdoor big screen TV facing the sea. A lot property developers needs to learn from him.

The house is so ugly no gardens, lack of space for such price. It looks more like a night club. Paying such amount of money for a property and still depends on generator to power your electricity. With so money. I will have a bigger mansion in Texas with green areas and massive acres of extra land.

Nice video and good project, but maybe because of land prices in abuja, most of the estates and buildings lack good landscaping area and greenery, they seem to just been moulded to little space but commands huge prices which i sometimes don't Believe are well justified if not for the high inflation in Nigeria
