I noticed that Nigerian designers love very Ostentatious very loud styles and everything is shiny and marble is in excess. When i look at similar luxury properties in Phuket Thailand it has a much more zen minimalist and nstural style. Thats just more my taste

Agree with all the comments. Its absolutely hideous. What were they thinking with yhe ridiculous yellow trimmings on all yhe windows and those small windows? Looks like a large prison from 40 years ago
@khadijahjibrin45005 күн бұрын
I like it. And i am stunned. But i dont like the kitchen it will feel like a prison to me . Also, i like natural light alot. Meaning more exposed to outside and more bigger windows.

I'm glad to see a lot of people in the comment section have sense. The majority of the cost here is the land. They could* have gotten a smaller parcel of land instead of TWO WHOLE PHASES and built a high rise (maybe even multiple towers) so that they could focus on the interior finishing with more of their budget and justify the price tag.

at this point in time, they're allowing Lagos people to put them to shame.

Again........is having a pool mandatory in Nigeria??? Even when there's no ample space for it, they must squeeze it at the wall? You can have a beautiful home with a green environment without a pool very normal in most African countries.

This is a beautiful property but i have some reservations. For a property of this magnitude, there should be a dedicated office, cinema, an elaborate walk-in wardrobe and some light staging...just to add some context to the potential buyers. All the same, the smart use of the land mass is impeccable. Nice to have you back on our screen Mr. Gabriel a.k.a My Luxury! Great job as always.
