I'm glad to see a lot of people in the comment section have sense. The majority of the cost here is the land. They could* have gotten a smaller parcel of land instead of TWO WHOLE PHASES and built a high rise (maybe even multiple towers) so that they could focus on the interior finishing with more of their budget and justify the price tag.

This is a beautiful property but i have some reservations. For a property of this magnitude, there should be a dedicated office, cinema, an elaborate walk-in wardrobe and some light staging...just to add some context to the potential buyers.
