In Kenya houses are ridiculously overpriced.With a quality that does not match the price. In USA a house worth $200k (ks20m) is a very good house only that you will be required to pay property tax, I don't know about Kenya.Best advice if you want a house , buy land and build , it will be much more chesper.Build my parents a 4 bedroom , one storeyed house for only $150k ( ksh 15 m) two years ago.I am told the same house now can be sold for 60 million.

Am sure the house is beautiful and the commentator did a good job but, what's going on with the colour schemes? Looks like a mismatch of colour, there is no flow of colour scheme its a jump from one colour to another. Nothing sets this house apart from any other house, apart from the location and grandeur.

I tend to agree with a lot of the comments here in. $1.3M is an over price for this house. While it's lovely, it's too basic in terms of the flooring, tiles and balcony sizes. The view you have from the house should not be your neighbours' rooftops. The lush green is superb, the open plan kitchen, the distribution of rooms, but still... For that price tag... it would be a hard sell. For the next show housing, please stage it with furniture and some interior decor. Otherwise, keep up the show
