@RealJStreet The only thing I would say is the privacy. It seems that the mansion is exposed to other homes above on the hills from a distance. Especially if someone uses a telescope, lol Maybe the builder should grow taller trees 🌳 around the mansion? 🤔 Other than that, I really like it, especially the interior/inside features 💯👍🏿

I agree, it def lacks privacy but trees or anything to add privacy would minimize the view. Privacy is the “give” on the “take” of being in the Hollywood Hills with a view.

Let me start off by saying you lookin hella sharp. That color looks good on you! Okay playa! 😉 This home is zen-a-fied, every square inch. Every shower is high end especially the one in the guest house. Talk about spoiling your guests lol. I love how the pool is designed for lap swimming as well as lounging! You know you’ve made it when you’re living here. 🥰

Was saying, yes, yes yes... until you went out by the swimming pool. I looked across and saw the neighbour ahead having a view of the swimming pool. That just spoiled it for me.

Inconsistent finishes ruins this interior, all those different woods and stones really say discount bin selections. The lack of privacy is shocking - layout and garden itself are nice however.

Thank you for watching and commenting! I appreciate your opinion and don’t mind people disagreeing with me, but I wouldn’t call it discount bin. They do use different stones and wood but I feel it’s consistent with placement. The lack of privacy is definitely true, but that’s 99% of the Hollywood Hills. Have you seen homes in Trousdale Estates before? It’s one of the few view areas that also offer privacy.
