I can’t help but feel that too much of that £17M is simply from the designers pretentious tastes. I love the high quality materials, but the over abundance of it crammed into areas leaves me distracted from the actual spaciousness of the flat. Also, while the location is in a significant location, that location is a hub of tourist attractions & not quite high enough, nor far enough away, for this level of openness to be comfortable.
